    Notes:

    He purchased 56 acres of land in Evesham Twp. from Joseph and Hannah
    (Allen) Heritage on May 1, 1745 and died intestate there in 1750/51. On
    Feb. 28, 1750/51, Thomas Andrews on behalf of Ebenezer's two eldest
    daughters, Hannah and Phebe, renounced his right to administer the estate
    of his deceased son, and administration was granted to the widow Mary,
    her father, Henry Warrington being surety on her bond (NJW 7:103; NJA
    30:20), March 9, 1750/51. Thomas Lippincott, grandfather of Hannah and
    Phebe Andrews, "infants under the age of fourteen years", was appointed
    their guardian.

    Ancestors of Anna Leila Marks on internet. She also had died Sept 5, 1757
    at 70 years of age.

    Thomas Lippincott settled on a tract of 1034 acres in Chester Township,
    Burlington Co., NJ, which he purchased from the executors of Samuel
    Jennings in 1711 for 176 pounds. This tract extended from Pennsauken
    Creek to Swedes' Run, a portion of it lying on both sides of the
    Burlington road, and adjoin-
    ing the No-Cenemension lands. The village of Westfield was included in
    this tract. He was a useful citizen and his services were frequently
    employed in the government of Chester Township. By his will dated 1755,
    he gave all of the home plantation to his son Isaac. After the death of
    his first wife Mary HAINES, he married Mercy(ALLEN) Middleton, the widow
    of Thomas Middleton of Burlington, NJ. After Mercy's death in 1754, he
    married Rachel( )Smith, widow of _______Smith, of Mount Holly.
    Rachel died 29 Sep 1779.
