  [S247] Newspaper Clipping, The Morning News (Wilmington, DE), 6 Jul 1922. Middletown, July 5 - Mrs. Elizabeth Foard died suddenly yesterday morning at her home on Cass street. She was the widow of the late Samuel B. Foard. Mrs. Foard and her daughter, Miss Susan Foard, recently returned to Middletown from Baltimore where they spent the winter and spring months. She was in her usual good health on Monday and was out walking inthe afternoon. She was stricken at 12:30 o'clock and died half an hour later. Mr. Foard died several years ago. Mrs. Foard is survived by a son and daughter, Julian H. Foard and Miss Susie Foard, both of Middletown. The funeral services will be held on Friday morning at 11 o'clock at old St. Augustine Church on Bohemia Manor. with interment in the adjoining cemetery.
