      Job Hibberd, a prominent citizen of Carroll county, died at his home, Prestwould, near New Windsor, yesterday, in his 84th year. In early life, Mr. Hibberd was a farmer, and subsequently, with his brother, Joseph Hibberd, carried on a woolen factory near New Windsor. He was one of the incorporators of the First National Bank of New Windsor in 1865, of which he remained a director until his death, and during the last six or 8 years was its president. He was a Member of the Society of Friends. Of recent years, he lived a retired life on his estate near New Windsor. He leaves one son, Charles J. Hibberd. He was twice married, and his second wife, Miss Harriet Coale, survives him.
