  He purchased 56 acres of land in Evesham Twp. from Joseph and Hannah (Allen) Heritage on May 1, 1745 and died intestate there in 1750/51. On Feb. 28, 1750/51, Thomas Andrews on behalf of Ebenezer's two eldest daughters, Hannah and Phebe, renounced his right to administer the estate of his deceased son, and administration was granted to the widow Mary, her father, Henry Warrington being surety on her bond (NJW 7:103; NJA 30:20), March 9, 1750/51. Thomas Lippincott, grandfather of Hannah and Phebe Andrews, "infants under the age of fourteen years", was appointed their guardian. Genealogical Magazine of NJ: Vol. 2, page 414.
