- In 1776 he moved to Chesterfield, and in March of 1776 his father gave
him 1/2 of 455 acres in Upper Freehold, and he moved to to that place and
build a house, with the date 1776 on the gable. He also built a house in
New Egypt to which he moved and in which he died.
