      December 7, 1739/ June 5, 1740. B. 61.
      To son Jacob 150 acres of land to be surveyed off at the south end of
      the tract whereon I dwell after decease of wife Anne. To wife Anne the
      message whereon I live with the 150 acres purchased of Richard Arnold
      and 100 acres part of my tract of 500 acres her heirs and assigns. To
      son Abraham 10 shillings. To daughter Hannah wife of John Brinton £10.
      To daughter Sarah Vernon £100. To daughter Mary Vernon £100 at 21. To
      daughter Anne Vernon £100 at 21. Remainder to wife.
      Executors: wife Anne and friend Caleb Peirce.
