      To wife Lyida all real and personal estate for 12 years, to raise and school children. All estate to be then sold and money divided one-third to wife and rem. to children, Sidney, Huldah, Vernon, Drusilla, Deborah and Lydia, in equal shares.
      The burying ground on my place, being 12 feet one way and 3 perches and 4 feet the other, to be reserved as a burying place forever.
