    To daughters Ann and Mary Cheyney, L80 each at 25 years. To brother John Cheyney all wearing apparel, also 50 acres of land to be taken off my tract of 200 acres which lies down Chester Creek. To wife Elizabeth 60 acres of my tract of 500 acres in Thornbury. Remainder of land to be sold and after provision for a possible posthumous child, the proceeds given to wife Elizabeth for bringing up and educating children.
