Boyd, Jr. Mr. Boyd, a member of Market Square Presbyterian Church, was a son of the late George W. and Elizabeth Boyd, of this city. He died on January 6, 1867, when 29 years old. Mr. Boyd was a brother of the late J. Brisban Boyd, father of the late Mrs. Emma Boyd Henderson and the late Mrs. Lillie Boyd Harrington, and grandfather of Miss Anna Henderson, of Harrisburg and Long Beach, L.I., and B. Boyd Harrignton, of this city. Other brothers and sisters of geroge W. Boyd, Jr., included: the late Jacob M. Boyd, the late Mrs Elizabeth Boyd Rowson, Perth Amboy, N. J.; the late Mrs Mary Boyd Bratton, Carlisle; the late Miss Catherien Boyd, who lived in Johnstown and is buried in Carlisle; and the late Mrs. Caroline Boyd Tennent, formerly of carlisle and New York City. Mrs. Rowson was the mother of one child,the late Miss Mary Rowson, while Mrs. Bratton's children were the late Miss Mary Risk Bratton, the late Mrs. George [sic] Bratton Greer and the late John B. Bratton.
