    Lorin C. Woolley was part of the Fundamentalist Mormons, his authority in this group passing to J. Leslie Broadbent, and then John Y. Barlow. In 1929, he said that his father had appeared to him in a vision, instructing him to call a Priesthood Council of High Priest Apostles. Named to this Council were J. Leslie Broadbent, John Y. Barlow, Joseph W. Musser, Charles Zitting, LeGrand Woolley, and Louis Alma Kelsch.
