      PATRICIA HUNT REYNOLDS, 56, died Sunday at Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading. She lived in Wyomissing.

      Mrs. Reynolds was a corporate secretary for the family business, Reynolds- Culligan Water Conditioning Co., Reading.

      She graduated from Westtown Friends School in 1953 and from Garland Junior College, Boston, in 1955.

      Mrs. Reynolds was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Reading.

      Survivors: her husband, G. David Reynolds Jr.; sons, G. David 3d., William H. and Jeffrey S.; daughter, Deborah C.; her father, William T. Hunt; two grandchildren, and a sister.

      Services: memorial, 11 a.m. Friday, First Presbyterian Church, 37 S. Fifth St., Reading; burial, Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
